Hi,
I am developing a SQL app which needs to log onto a particular SQL server and a particular database. I am using SQLDMO to obtain a list of servers and would like the user to be able to select a server and then be presented with a list of database to choose from. I cannot find out how to do this.
I am using vb.net 2005 and SQL Express.
I have been trying for a week and fervently hope that this is such an easy question that SQL folk dont bother to talk about it.
I have found several solutions on the net but could not get any of them to work.
Please be gentle with me as I cannot see too well (cataracts).
If I have posted this in the wrong forum then I apologise beforehand.
