| We have a job which runs everynight to insert records from a staging server into a live server.Part of the job drops constraints and then adds them again after the data has been imported.I had an ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint error in the job today and have found the offending rows which were in the foreign key table but not in the primary key table. However when I simply try and add the offending rows into the primary key table it works, so the rows can get in.What else would cause this issue? Thanks |
