No, he's referring to my message in the previous thread.

Brett, you need to go on a course to sharpen your subtlety skills, but you are right though, it is amazing. Not even the decency to take this up in private.

I couldn't have been more vague...

But if the row order in a database has any meaning.....it must surley apply here...

But how can I get the middle number of rows out of a database, say what, about 1 year ago?

I have no idea what you on about. Anyway, hope our paths never cross again.

[EDIT] : Actually I do know what you are referring to, but I meant the coherence of your post more than anything else. Anyway, my original statement still holds. [/EDIT]

Hey, if we're going to travel (time or otherwise) I vote for Bondi Beach. We haven't had a good talk about Bondi Beach in a looooonnnnngggg time. What happened? Did we become Politically Correct or something?

Then you're not using the right search terms. I found them. But they go WAAAAAYYYYY back into the dawn of time. I found references to Rob Volk hitting post count 1000 and NR at 250.

Oh wait, maybe Graz installed some filters to protect your innocence. We wouldn't want to corrupt you...

Ah, I see you found the precursor to "the dreaded social forum".

As for the origins of SQLTeam, the first article was posted 6/25/2000. Here's an article about the early days: http://www.sqlteam.com/item.asp?ItemID=4592
