uau, well you sure do things fast in the usa... i'm not even thinking about marriage, yet alone a kid.... maybe having an eight years younger sister helps not thinking of them...

they're easy when they're young, and then just get heavier... :)))

i like the name, let me guess Elizabeth is either your or your wife grandmother name :)
Kaiden i like, where does that originate from?

Actually... Elizabeth is just a name we both like and one of the few that sounds good with Kaiden.

Everyone asks where Kaiden comes from, and its a semi-embaressing source

Every heard of American Wedding (American Pie 3)? When I saw it, the character played by January Jones is named "Cadence". My wife and I both like the name, but we decided to try a few variations. We originally settled on Kaidyn, but then my wife decided to switch the 'y' for an 'e'.

I'm a big fantasy reader (Robert Jordan, Terry Goodkind, L.E. Modesitt,...) and Kaiden is in similar style to those names.

Sorry for the book!!

EDIT: Oh, and I've been married 2 years, and we dated for 4 years before we got married... so its not that fast

kool. i like different sounding names...
the source is amusing also :)))))

uau that's a long relationshiop already. what i meant is your age. over here hardly anyone thinks of marriage before ending college. which is around 23-24 years of age...

Well thats pretty normal around here too. But then again, my wife just finished college, and I am still in college. I'm a math major, but I work full time. So I guess we're just impatient... or maybe I'm just impatient.

A cpl of other names we considered for a girl: Ashlen, Madison (I am sure there were some other good ones...but I forgot)

you know i think Kaiden is better. i don't like the sound of those two you mentioned...
a math major, huh? did you learn how to correctly prove that 1+1=2?
i asked my proffesor in high school that and lost interest after 15 minutes of his "explanation"...
still am waiting for that proof from someone :)))

i'm in medical cybernetics myself, but programming is kind of a hobby, not to mention the best paid job around...

    I haven't learned that one, but I found it (1+1=2): http://mathforum.org/library/drmath/view/51551.html

    I also fount -1=1: http://mcraefamily.com/MathHelp/JokeProofSqrtNegativeOne.htm

I find math very interesting, for example the image on my photos page is a representation of a series of prime numbers (in binary)...

EDIT: I just reread my post and I am really not that much of a geek. I wakeboard and do other cool stuff. I swear!!!

IT courses can be found in Computer Sciences and in Information and Decision Systems, which is an emphasis for a Business degree.

Math majors, IT majors, wow! I think some of us here are too old to remember what degree they have Guess I'm the odd one out here... I have a Commerce degree majoring in Accounts.
