Interestingly Mladen has now twice the number of posts that Corey has (plus one as I write this)
(3031 - 1515).
Wonder how much his posting rate must accelerate over time to keep that up... ?
Assuming Corey's remain at the constant rate of C.

No I meant that, if Corey posts at a constant rate.
How much faster will You have to post for your postcount to always be 2x + 1 higher than Corey's.

Hey, Mladen, that's a great website! Ramanujan is one of my historical heroes...next to Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Theodosius the Great, Copernicus, George Washington, Ronald Reagan, and Stephen Hawking!

Nice link. Thanks spirit1.
1729 is popularly known as Ramanujam's Number. Can you find out the speciality of this number?

there was a young maths freak called Ramanujan
who apparently was smarter than any-man (or woman)
but not smart enough
to work out he could bluff
his way through his economics exam-oh man!

PS Xerxes - you left out Homer J Simpson!

What about zero? It can written as the sum of two cubes in an infinite number of ways:

select	power(-3,3)+power(3,3)	union all
select power(-4,3)+power(4,3) union all
select power(-5,3)+power(5,3) union all
select power(-6,3)+power(6,3) union all
select power(-7,3)+power(7,3) and so on...

It's Kernel, just sounds like Colonel. I don't want guys that really earned the title Colonel mad at me.

BTW, where did you get the name Xerxes from? The Persian king who invaded Greece?

Oh? Like a database kernel? Besides, I've got all kinds of my buddies who want to know what you were a Colonel of!! And that 'A Few Good Men' parody has really livened things up!
Just kidding, Mike!

Actually, I think it's fun using rank. I ALWAYS addressed Tara as "SQL Warrior Queen", but apparently her DBA-itis has maturated so much so that she has been elevated to Goddess stature. So, why shouldn't you be a Colonel?!

And weren't you the main character in Heinlein's "Stranger In a Strange Land"? Ooops, that's Michael Valentine Smith. Sorry, Colonel.

You're right, I got Xerxes from the Persian king's name because it was interesting. I'm a serious student of ancient history. Plus, I had a cat with that name, too. It was a toss up between Xerxes, Clovis or Ptolemy. Of course, I guess I could have signed in as Gunnery Sergeant Philip L. Fowler, United States Marine Corps (Retired) or GySgtFowlerUSMC, but Xerxes is easier and well, if you look at it backwards (with 'rex' meaning 'king') well, it spells something else!

BTW, I sure like you're postings. I find them enjoyable and informative! Thanks!

Have a great day!
