That MJ is not convicted...

Can ALL of the prosecutors in CA be that inept...

I saw with my own eyes when he dangled a baby out of a three story window, upside down by his ankle, in front of a crowd of media...

And it's on tape.

If that's not child endangerment, I don't know what is.

Well that that's like people that say "I literally died"

Either way, he wasn't arrested for baby dangling.

I guess I do....why wasn't baby dangling brought as 1 of the charges...the prosecution couldn't have screwed up that charge...

I know...they'll get him on tax evasion, ala Capone

Well, if they were bringing a case against the man for "dangling his kid over a balcony" then it would have been open and shut. But they weren't.

I for one am glad for this verdict, and hope that it serves to stop a stream of potential money-grabbers from making up more nonsense.

Actually, Baby Dangling is a serious problem here in the US. There are currently hundreds of baby danglers out on the streets and you never know where they are. Studies have shown that 1 in 3 baby siters have dangled the babies. Most companies, thankfully, require you to indicate whether or not you've been accused of baby dangling when applying for a job. A petition has been started that will require convicted baby danglers to register so you will know if they are in your community.

Please, let's all work together to put an end to baby dangling forever! I will soon be selling "Babies are not for Dangling!" T-Shirts, and all proceeds will go to Baby Danglers Anonymous. Together, we can make it happen!

...

(sorry .... I'm sure this probably is a serious problem ... but the expression "baby dangling" just sounds so damn funny!)

Will there be a VCDABD bumper sticker?

All kidding aside, we should be more sensitive to this problem. Thousands of people around the world suffer from PBDS (Post Baby Dangling Syndrome).

I'd expect that from a cowboy

I personally don't think he should be treated any different than a non-celeb...

at least he didn't put his kid in the drier like some babysitters have done. And there was a recent local incident of a father getting frustrated with an infant and breaking 1 leg, a few ribs, caused internal bleeding, etc...

I am very protective of Kids.
If I was his dad and he did that with a kid.
His plastic surgeon would have a heck of a time removing my boot from his @$$.

don't get me wrong... I agree with you on protecting kids... I just have severe issues with celebs getting treated differently than the average Joe. I like to think that a crime commited by celeb or average joe is punishable the same. I know its a lost cause though...

I know how you feel, but if you were the kind of dad that would let your kid go to a sleepover with Michael Jackson, then you would be crazier than him.

What were they thinking? Is there someplace in the world where it is considered normal for really creepy older men to invite young boys over for sleepovers?
