I tried to convert a csv file to xls usiing Import and Export Wizard to see how it works before i try it in SSIS.I get around the last step and receive the error:"Column information for the source and the destination data could not be retrieved, or the data types of source columns were not mapped correctly to those available on the destination provider."Im using a Flat File as the source and Excel as the destination - Could anyone advise where the issue maybe as i can view the data with headers in the preview pane? Thanks |
