I need to understand how my package runs regarding performance. I hve read that certain counters to collect are Buffers SPooled, number of buffers in use, etc.

However, where are these counters? I've looked in Perfmon, and I can't find anything that is SSIS specific? What/where should I be looking?

Thanks

In Perfmon, either click the Objects button to get to SQLServer SSIS: Service and SQLServer SSIS: Pipeline objects or click the counters button and scroll through Performance Objects until you reach the desired object and select the counters you are interested in analyzing.
