Hi folks, I do have an SQL Database running on SQL Express.I would like to have data in some tables in the SQL Database imported into Access for validation and analysis purposes. I have done this through use of the ODBC.[and it works fine]. However i would like to automate the process of connecting and importing the data from SQL with just a click of a button. This is becasue the SQL DB is frequently updated . Is it possible to have this done with the command Button? I do not want my users to go through the process of ODBC connections. ThanksTimothy |

Hi, ODBC is merely the method by which Access connects to SQL (or vice-versa). It is needed. How are you doing it now?Cheers,Tim |
