On my current job I have been using an application that has a back end access in SQL, the front end application does not meet the ad hoc reporting requests so I decided to dive into SQL world and to my surprise I like it more than front end. I installed SQL2005 on my machine, installed the database from back up(as I get a .bak file every night) and learned how to do queries, now I got interested and I want to do certification and make a career out of it. I have a BS in computer science, I see three career paths in SQL DBA, Developer, and Business Intelligence Developer. I see there are certain pre-requisites for all three, any one that can direct me in right direction is greatly appreciated. I apologize if I am asking a question that has been asked over and over, if it has been please direct me to the link.I would much appreciate if some one take their time to answer me.Thanks alotFK |
