Hi,
Be honest,i gotta stuck of using the Ranking Functions..hope there are 4 below ranking functions are available..
<b> RANKING Functions:</b>
1.ROW_NUMBER,
2. RANK,
3. DENSE_RANK,
4. NTILE

could you please explain me with the sample code of above functions..

Type "Ranking Functions (Transact-SQL)" in Books online "Look for " text box (Assuming that books online is installed on your system ).
