How to optimize the query..whether i need to see the read,write,Duration or CPU

Indexes, execution plan, rewriting the query, changing the database design, fixing the hardware, updating statistics, defragmenting or rebuilding idnexes... The list could go on and on.

Could you be more specific? Do you have a specific query in mind that we can help you with?

To see reads, writes, duration, and cpu, check SQL Profiler.
