| I was wondering if anyone has a list of questions (or a link to them) that they would ask a DBA who is leaving to make sure you can smoothly transition their work.Any list questions would be helpful, big or small. I have been making my own list of questions, but I don’t want to wait till after they are gone to realize I forgot to ask something.Any examples of transitions that went wrong would be helpful also.CODO ERGO SUM |

| How big is your organization? That documentation does not exist in this case.In any case, there is always information that exists only in someone’s head, so I am looking for questions to ask that take advantage of the brief window I have to get these questions answered.CODO ERGO SUM |

| It really does depend on the organization.
