| I have installed SQL Server Standard on Windows 7 Professional.The Server Name shows as <computer name>\SQLEXPRESS although I did not name the instance that during setup. The database instance is installed but I cannot get it to show in the Connect to Server, Server name drop list. Only SQLEXPRESS shows in the drop list. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. What is the problem? Can some help me?Thanks! |
