| Hi,I am new to 2008. I have set up a database in Analysis Services. I would like to create a new Data Source. However, when I right-click on the 'Data Sources' node in the onject explorer, the only options I see are: "Reports" and "Refresh". There is no option to "Create New Data Source".Any help is appreciated!Thanks, Matthew |

| Hiya mas7004, you need to open visual studio 2008 and click File => open => anyalsis services database. The visual studio ide allows you to create you cubes and configure them. Sql server management studio is limited to roles, backups and a few other features. |
