Hi Guys,

I'm not able to perform back up in a normal mode aswell as in NT.
Getting error message as "cyclic redundancy error" in a normal back up and getting error message as "The Backup completed but some files were skipped"

While mounting it is displayed message as error on mount .

How to tackle this issue. Pls advise..

What's a normal backup? SQL Server?
Does it happen on all databases?

I suspect you're trying to backup the database files which is a no no.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
SSIS can be used in a similar way.
