The default settings are fine, really depends what you want though. We use a static port.

You haven't provided the error. What happens when you try to start them? Have you checked the Application Log in Event Viewer?

You haven't provided the error. What happens when you try to start them? Have you checked the Application Log in Event Viewer?

Why are you sending the Reporting Services log, when it's SQL Agent that won't start?

Giving us RS log isn't going to help us help you with your SQL Server problem.

Well Ehsan i think what we are trying to ask you is about the EXACT problem you are facing ..

OK You provided the details of SQL Configuration Manager stating about the services which are running and the services that are not running(Stopped). Most of the time you are not Required to run all services at a time .. However it the SQL Server Engine specific service MUST be running if you want to access a database. In this whole discussion you didn't specify what is the problem you are facing and which service you want to start Let us know about this?

also it seems that two SQL Server instances are installed on your machine? Once of them is SQL Server Express Edition is it so? Guessing this from the highlighted section of your response.
