Is the domain controller, and/or the SQL Server rebooting?

What do you see in the application event logs?

*The local host server is not running.
*SQL server agent starting under windows NT service control.
*local computer is running windows NT 6.1(7100).
*There are 12 subsystems in the subsystem cache.
there are still many more but i think they are related to my running jobs.
