When a report subscription is running, how can we tell the report is running?

Thank you

Still no answer. I'm beginning to think this isn't possible.

Do you mean the report is "hung up" and still running the query or do you want to know if a subscription is still being generated and sent to the people who signed up for it?

Hey, it compiles.

With ajthepoolman, the pool is always clean and sparkling!

I liked working with SSRS. My old job used it and I really liked it compared to Crystal Reports.

Hey, it compiles.

Exactly, in the first scenario above. The Report job kicks off, but it never seems to return a data set. Even if the Report Server is rebooted so it is 'fresh'. Normally SSRS only generates run stats after the job is completed. Question is, how can we tell if a Report is still generating or it 'froze up'?

Thanks.
