What files extensions the sql sever make after a new DB is accomplished.
Where do I have to place them (what folder)in order to access them through the IIS (assuming I did not configured an ODBC connection).

Thanks

It will create an ndf and a ldf file by default.
You don't access them via IIS. You connect to the server.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

depends how you connect.

see
http://www.able-consulting.com/ADO_Conn.htm#ODBCDriverForSQLServer

There is an example in vbs at
http://www.nigelrivett.net/DBAccess.inc.html
and
http://www.nigelrivett.net/DTSExecuteStoredProcedure.html
