Is there any conflict between IIS and Sql Server, cause I can't access Sql Server which I installed in my computer recently.

I get an error which says :"...Trusted connection...."

What can I do :-()

No,

Based on the limited info you wrote, it looks like you installed SQL as integrated auth, and are trying to access it using A SQL login (Like sa).

If the problem is what Chad said, then go to Enterprise Manager, right click on your server and go to properties, then go to security tab. Under authentication, select SQL Server and Windows. This will require you to restart the MSSQLSERVER service.
