Well, that right...it's a mainframe RACFID I've had for 23 years...

Lots of great suggestions though...

(we'll leave the Cross-Db Yak thing alone)

SQL Scrub
SQL Addict
Yankee Yak (maybe a Met Yak :) )
SQL Vigilant Hawk
Bad Identity Seed
Darwin Yak (Because as Owais say: "Missing link between DB2 and SQL Server")

All great...just need to settle on one (or if there are any others...)

Thanks

Brett

I'm upset you don't like that one

Nah not really, it's just temporary. I quite like Bad Identity Seed actually.

Congrats on the new title, brett! It all beginning to make sense now.

I still like the "Access-kicking Identity smasher" one though

SQL Scrub

You can't take SQL Scrub, thats the handle of an old poster. Last I remember he was ranting on about denormalization. I wonder what ever happened to that guy.

Nice title by the way.

Aww..

Is there a constraint on Custome Title?

I thought Graz mentioned that that was yours for a while..

Maybe it will need to be the "Bad Identity Seed"

I forgot we were talking about titles and not login names. And yes, I used to be the scrub . Now I'm older but none the wiser.

And Bad Identity Seed definately gets my vote

Been quiet only because I've got so many tasks to do right now. All pretty simple tasks but too many of them. Oh well.

I like the "Not Just a Number" one. When I first started working on the mainframe, my account was ISVN91. You got crappy accounts when you weren't a permanent employee (I was a student worked back then). When I became a permanent employee after graduating from college, the account was change to ISxxxx, where xxxx is the last 4 digits of your social security number. We used to need to use other people's accounts, so we had a lot of people's last 4 digits memorized. Not a good thing.

I also like "SQL Addict", but that title would apply to most of us in the top 20 or so.

Does that fall in with the Cross-DB Yak category?

Pass...

Hm... I like it... SQL Vegtable re-organizer...

Next thing... a plant programmer. I suppose my version of English is pretty
obsolete... I am an hired programmer on a factory (a joint-stock company).
