I want to know the records being deleted in sqlserver 2000/2005.
Is there a way in transaction log to find..

Well you could purchase a third party tool to read the transaction log, both Lumigent and Red Gate have products like this. There are ways to do it for free, however I wouldn't recommend it unless you are an expert such as a person who writes the SQL Server software.

You could audit the data via triggers or capture the deletes via SQL Profiler or a server-side trace using the SQL Trace system stored procedures.
