how do you create a two or more pages report? for example, if you want to create a story with two pages, how will you do it? |

The report will be as big as it needs to be to show the data selected. If it needs to show a second page, it will.If you are trying to show a memo field in the report, make sure the "Can grow" property of the control is set to "yes" |

i can't find any "can grow" in the report's property toolbox. where can i find it? |

It is not the property of a report, but of the data fields within the report. If there is too much data to be shown in the space assigned to a field, it will expand vertically to show all of the data, rather than showing a truncated version.A report will always use the correct number of pages to show the selected data - you do not have to tell it to handle multiple pages - it just does it! |
