I am getting the following error using ms access 2007:"There isn't enough free memory to update the display. Close unneeded programs and try again"I have a form open that has returned many data fields from a server based on one record. Its a complex query but it only takes 1 second to run with only one record being returned. I then go to print preview on the form and randomly I receive the above error. I cannot find a pattern. Any ideas? I search the net, no suggestions have fixed this for me yet. For some reason when i got to print preview it appears to again run the query even though the results are on the screen. any help is greatly appreciated. |

I also understand its not the best idea to print a form but it looks nice and would be easier than designing a report. |
