hi i'mtrying to automatically download and analyze data from the following website -

http://www.ustreas.gov/offices/domestic-finance/debt-management/interest-rate/yield.shtml

there is a link on top for XML data and a link o the bottom for XLS data .. please advise if xml data can be downloaded and imported into a sql server 2008 table automatically or will that have to be a 3rd party software.
