| I have SQL Server 2008 on a server and SQL 2005 on my other servers. I have attempted to encrypt a database on the SQL 2008 machine but the documentation says to do a backup and a restore to another machine to test the encryption. I cannot do a restore to the other machines because of the different versions. Any help on how to test my encryption would be great.Thanks in advance,Dave |
