SQL 2008 SP1 Install fails

Hi,

I have a 2 Node MSSQL 2008(64),
Today when i tried to install SP 1 on the Passive node the SP1 Failed and the Error (detail.txt) shows
Warning: No matched disk size is detected for feature SQL_Engine_CLS_sql_engine_core_shared_loc_Cpu64_1028 and directory SystemDrive

On Searching i Net there were few suggestions to repair SQL 2008 Installation using the Repair option on "MS SQL Installation Center" to fix this issue.

My Queries are
1) Can i do a Repair of the SQl 2008 on the Passive node
2) Will the repair cause any downtime to the SQL instance running on the Active Node
3) Will i need to re-configure the SQL Cluster after the Repair
