Author  Topic  heidari Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2010-03-09 : 05:26:26 hi all. i have a problem with my sql server service's and this is very important for me because of some online service's running in my dedicated server. now i have a dedicated server from iweb and i have some service's such as : 1- IIS web hosting service with almost 10 global web site that every one works with sql server. 2- a custom client-server application that is writen by myself and works on tcp-ip and sql-server. now all of this services stopped and not working... 2 days ago im going to configure a VPN service in my dedicated server and this problem is begins when i install Active Directory. after i install and configure Active Directory and logging on from remote desktop to domain this problem occurs and every service's that working with SQL Server stop and after this problem i think maybe this is because of Active Directory and im going to remove Active Directory from my server and i do that, After removing Active Directory and restarting the server i have this problems : 1- my oldest windows user account is changed and when i logging to server from remote desktop, i see another account profile and all of user account profile settings and start menu and desktop settings changed to a new user ( i dont know why !!! ) 2- when i try to start "SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)" service from "Sql Server Configuration Manager" i got an error message as : "The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion.
