| Just use another variable:DECLARE @v varchar(500)SELECT @v = '<root nocommunitynames="1"><rows><row peopletypeid="' + SomeColumn1 + '" fieldnameid="' + SomeColumn2 + '" criteriaid="' + SomeColumn3 + '" andor="1"><value>' + SomeColumn4 + '</value></row></rows></root>'FROM YourTableWHERE...Now use @v for your stored procedure.Depending upon the data types of the columns, you may need to CONVERT them to varchar.Tara KizerMicrosoft MVP for Windows Server System - SQL Serverhttp://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/Subscribe to my blog |
