How To Get Last Inserted Record Value In SQL Server
The table have no Primary key, identity, it has only one column "Name"(Column Name)

Create table latest_value
(
[name] varchar(50)
)

What's the purpose of a table with one column? You can't possibly be using it for anything, are you?
