| Hi,i am using the german Version of SQL Server 2008.I work with an Example 'KAP07' of the german Book 'business Inteligence und Reporting mit SQL Server 2008'.When i try to create the non changed Analysis Server Project i got this Error:'Fehler im Zusammenhag mit der Featureverfügbarkeit und -konfiguration. Das Feauture 'Dimension writeback' ist nicht in der SKU 'Standard Edition' enthalten.Means in English:Error with the context with availability of the feature and configuration: the feature 'Dimension writeback' does not exist in the SKU 'Standard Edition'Thanks in advance for your helpGreetings from AustriaJürgen |

Please look for any statements regarding requirements / editions in your book.It looks like your Standard Edition isn't good enough.

| Hi webfred,you are right - the book suggests to install the Developer or the Enterprise Edition.To keep on with the chapter - i have changed the Dimension Property WriteEnabled to false.
