Please Any one help me out,

I am getting high CPU Usage

while i am firing an update querry inn SQL SERVER 2008.

Propably incrases your log file, if you update lot of data and RECOVERY MODEL is set to FULL or BULK_LOGGED, log will incrase.
If your mdf file incrases, it could depend on kind of field you update, indexes etc.
