Has anyone used SAN to SAN replication such as EMC's Recoverpoint to replicate LUNS on which SSAS cube data files reside?I'm trying to POC this. I do SAN to SAN replication of production databases and in a DR scenario I mount the LUNS to the remote host, attach the database files and resume life. Is there an equivalent way of attaching an existing SSAS cube to a new host/server/instance?All ideas/thoughts welcome. So far I've found nothing relevant online. Thanks,Sheila |

Try this web site: www.ssas-info.com. I believe I may have seen something along the lines of this topic there. They also have a q&a forum.______________________________________________Talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish. |
