 How to read sp_who2?

In my asp.net app, I use ado.net and store procedures. Last night about 10 pm, I ran app and then ran sp_who2. I found that there are so many SPID were generate. Is it some problem in my app?

What you are seeing is not unusual. The length of the list will depend on the number of sessions currently connected to the database. Focus on the ones with High CPU , High IO & blocking .
