hide/show parameter toolbar within SSRS viewer

Background: I am deploying my reports to my SSRS. My users view my reports from the standard SSRS viewer, not from a custom HTML page with embedded URL links. Finally, I have a specific report that provides a menu of all the reports my users can view. For each menu item on the page, I set the text box property to 'jump' to a specific report using the 'Action - Go To Report' option

Problem: All of my reports open with the paramters toolbar collapsed, causing some of my users not to realize they can change the report values.

Question: Where in the designing/deploying phase of a SSRS report can I tell SSRS to render the report with the parameters toolbar visable? I would think this would be set as the default condition. Somewhere, somehow, every single report I deploy containing parameters does so with the toolbar collapsed.

Any help/advice/knowledge would be extremely appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

I am facing exactly opposite problem. All the reports are displayed with the parameters tool bar expanded. Is there any way to make it a collapsed ?

Please reply.

Doodles, I have never resolved this issue. Many of my reports still generate with the paramters section closed. Replys from others have related to calling the report using a URL link, not from within SSRS itself. Sorry. Post a solution if you find one. Thanks.
