Hi All,

I am currently working as a SQL Server Developer and SSRS Developer.
I have some entry level knowledge in SQL administration, MSBI(SSAS & SSIS) and MS.Net.
I want to change my career either into Administration or MSBI.
Please sugest me; Which one would be the best for my future.

TIA.

It's a good thing you live in India as that's where all of the jobs are being outsourced to.

It really depends on what you are most interested in. DBAs get paid more, so maybe that'll sway you in that direction.

Well that's no entirely true...but I'm suprised they haven't made you a lead DBA yet..it's a very easy job...

Well I am the technical lead for the division I support. I'm just not a supervisor or a manager. Although I've never been offered it, I'm also not interested in it!
