We Have SQL server 2008 R2 for our Database. My Company is planning to open new Head office in another location. My Boss told me to migrate SQL server to our new head office. They told me that few accounts guys will stay here while few will move to new office. If i migrate my SQL server how will i be able to give access to the guys in old office. How can i setup 1 SQL server for users both in New & old office. Ammar Kachwala,MCSE, A+, Network+. |

This is basically a network issue...you need to configure firewalls and probably a VPN in order to make this work securely.- LumbagoMy blog (yes, I have a blog now! just not that much content yet) -> www.thefirstsql.com |
