hi,

i m using sql 2008 i want to send database mail to everyone.

i want to configure sql 2008 management (mail) section

but it is not available under the management section not it shows

Management
- sql server log
- Legacy

but nt able to find sql mail. where i can get that i have sql 2008
os - window 7 home basic and sql details

Are you an administrator?
There seems to be a lot missing there.

Was it installed?

That shows what your client is not the server.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
SSIS can be used in a similar way.

here they are saying SQL server 2005 express edition don't support this feature

The solution is to use a different email program and not Database Mail.
