We are getting the following error in our production cluster. Its a 4 node cluster running 3 SQL instances. The OS version is windows server 2008 R2. And the cluster is SQL server 2005 SP3 CU3.The error comes once in a period and takes the whole cluster down.Recently we patched windows with Hot Fix (968849).Thought that error was resolved but it again came yesterday.

Cluster resource 'cluster name' (resource type '', DLL 'clusres.dll') either crashed or deadlocked. The Resource Hosting Subsystem (RHS) process will now attempt to terminate, and the resource will be marked to run in a separate monitor.

Open a case with MS or try the msdn forums. Quite a few MS support engineers are answering questions there...
