I am look for some book recommendations to expand my mind.of course The Guru's Guide to T-SQL and SQL for Smarties are on my list . . .but how bout some non-implementation specific texts. . .Has anyone looked at-Naive Set Theory by Paul R. Halmos-An Intro to Database Systems (7th Ed) by C.J.Date (is this the best place to start understanding Date or should I look at 'the Third Manifesto')-Information Modeling and Relational Databases by Terry Halpin-The Relational Model for Database Management (v.2) - Codd-Any of the 'for Mere Mortals' books by Hernandezsuggestions?<O> |
