How often to delete expired ASPStateTempSessions

How often to delete expired ASPStateTempSessions

In ASP.NET SQL expired ASPStateTempSessions are, by default, deleted every 60 seconds. Is there any performance reason to increase this? I am trying to decrease the load on my database?
