HI All,

i have one date column which is resulting value like this 03/23/2012 17:53:48 but i want this to be change into 2012-03-23 17:41:41.853

Please suggest

It is best to format data at the application layer. If you absolutely need to the CONVERT function can do this using a Style value of 121.
Ex. [CODE]select convert(varchar(30), MyDateColumn, 121) from MyTable;[/CODE]
