Distrubuted transaction is not allowed in linked server.
while i try for the following thing
Ex:begin distributed transaction
select * from openquery (oracledb,'select * from sm40_cus')
end
the above query returns following error
error:
Oracle" for linked server "OracleDB" returned message "New transaction cannot enlist in the specified transaction coordinator. "
need help
