| Hi i have a question hope you can answer it.I'm getting data from the SQL server and the data is displayed in a asp file.But i would like that the data is displayed in a form and if i push a button that the text in the form writes to an table in the SQL server.Could someone help me?? |

| Ummm, that's a fairly widely scoped question.For the SQL part, you need an UPDATE statement. That can be in a stored procedure, or it can be built inside your ASP file and executed.For the ASP part, your best bet might be to buy a beginner ASP book, or go look for some articles at www.4guysfromrolla.com on updating data with a form.Damian |

| Short of writing the code for you, I gave you the best help I can. In fact, I gave you better help than writing the code because you will learn lots if you go to that site.If you want to hire someone to do the work for you, then that might be the best idea.Damian |
