| I still am having a lot of problems with email...Why is it that I get 5-9 e-mails everytime I subscribe to a topic for one simple reply..I get these from the same ONE person making the reply. Anyone else have these problems? Seems like the code multiplies it by the number of posts for some reason?For instance right now..I have checked off "Check Here To Subscribe To This Topic".Lets see what happens when I get ONE reply to this...Ill post back as long as someone replies. |

| You could be getting duplicates because you are notified if someone edits their post as well.Tara |

This one I only got one..but am I supposed to check off the "Check Here To Subscirbe To This Topic"...generally I do..but I think thats when I start getting 5-10 emails at once. |

| Well the Yak Corral is different. With the Yak Corral you can subscribe to the entire forum or to individual posts. Go ahead and subscribe to this post, then let me know here. I'll reply then let me know how many you got. I'll then edit my post a few times to see if that is when you get the duplicates, although they aren't duplicates cuz it is notifying you that something has changed.Tara |

With your above response I just got two emails. Is it because i checked off "Check Here To Subscribe To This Post"??I am going to check it off again...please reply...I want to see if it sends me three emails now! |

| I doubt you can subscribe more than once...once subscribed you only get an option to unsubscribe...Brett8-)SELECT @@POST FROM Brain ORDER BY NewId()That's correct! It's an AlphaNumeric! |

I believe if you refresh the screen that you clicked subscribed on it subscribes you to it twice. It happened to me (at least that's what I think happened, it was a while ago) before so I just went into My Subscriptions and deleted the subscriptions and then added the subscription back.Tara |

That was why...I was clicking it everytime...some forums require that per thread...apparently this is per ALL POSTS.Now IM getting about 20 on the thread regarding remote servers. |
