Hmmm, in the 70's and no snow around here, the usually snowcapped peaks around the LA basin are mostly bare too.

‘Brett’ + ‘Massive quantities of alcohol’ + [Snow Skiing] = Painful

Have fun Brett Wish I was there.

Instead I am still in my accounting nightmare.

Ohhh....and what fun.....this weekend I'm gearing up to chaperone a buch a kids at a 600 vertical foot "mountain"

15 minutes up (w/out lift line) 2 minutes down....

Think I'll hit the terrain parks....

What was that snap I just heard?

Oh...and in db terms...600ft is like Access 1.2

600' HAH! Come to the Midwest. The nearest ski "resort" has a whopping 300' vertical drop (http://verticalsnow.com/resorts?state=Missouri&resort_id=364). Although calling that a drop is somewhat generous. Usually it's covered in refrozen man-made snow. Or as we like to call it ... "ice". "Ice boarding" has to be one of my favorite sports!

So in a database terms a 300' vertical drop would be darn close to pencil and paper. AAARrrgggghhhh!
