| I just posted a reply to http://www.sqlteam.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=41306 and it said "There has been a problem, that topic no longer exists in the database" What happened??KristenIf you use "%" you need to use LIKE:WHERE LastName LIKE 'lowe%'this should give you everything "after" LOWE - in the sense of "starts with LOWE" - so you won't get last names begining with M though ZKristen |

| The poster probably deleted it before you were able to hit submit. Only moderators can delete it once someone has posted to it. I doubt any of the moderators deleted it, so I'd guess that the poster was quicker than you.Tara |
