In another thread JimL tossed out a couple of old movie quotes, and so I figured it was time for a thread dedicated to your favorite movie quotes. Besides, some of y'all need to pump up your post counts.

Here's a few to get you started:

From one of my all-time favorite movies: "Oh Captain, my Captain".

And in the vein of the thread that started it all: "I extend to you this laurel, and hardy handshake"

And of course there's, "It doesn't suck"

You get bonus points if you know what movie that last one comes from without Googling it.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

i love that movie, very logical and he did get laid in the end
he even got into concept and won the pulitzer for economics (i think)

it is in the mysterious equation of love that any logical reasons can be found

Is that quote from "A beautiful mind"? This is the only one I've managed to recognize so far...is that because most of these quotes are from older movies? So far nobody's mentioned the title of any movie in this thread, everybody seems to be content with acknowledging they "got it" I'm not really into older movies, I haven't even watched most of the Oscar winning classics, oh except the Godfather series ...the first part was simply mindblowing! How about some names people, so I dont have to go to the DVD store and say "Can I please have the movie with this quote in it?"!!
