Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I cannot accept,
and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to Kill today,
because they got on my nerves,

also help me to be careful of the toes I step on today,
as they may be connected to the feet I may have to kiss tomorrow.

Help me to always work at 100%

12% on Monday
23% on Tuesday
40% on Wednesday
20% on Thursday
5% on Friday

and help me to remember...

when i'm having a bad day and it seems
that people are trying to wind me up, that
it takes 42 muscles to frown, 28 muscles to smile,
and only 4 muscles to extend my arm and smack them in the mouth.

I work with a guy who has a pistol target on his wall with 5 large caliber bullet holes in the center. Underneath, it says, "Don't run, you'll only die tired."

Do you think I should be worried about this guy?

No, worrying is a waste of time. Just make sure he's on your side.

Rank is somtimes determined by who has the higher powered scope!

I did scare the crap out of a few co-workers one day when I walked in with a (empty) rifle case.

I was selling it to a co-worker. Did not dawn on me at the time that someone would think I went postal.

Then again the one that got realy bent had caused me a great deal of trouble the week before.

hummmmmm Maybe a Freudian slip?

I guess it depends on the context, but I would be inclined to not bring that into the office. You never know who might get nervous and pull out pepper spray, a gun, etc.

Funny you should mention that.

The owner and I are the only two individuals authorized to bring firearms on the premises.

Yes I still have a concealed weapon permit.

OK, I guess I have to ask. Is your place of work so dangerous that you have to carry a firearm for protection?

If his boss is smart they would be on excellent terms

I rarely carry here, Only when there is a pending or active strike. Example we did have an employee try to start part of plant on fire a couple of weeks ago.

So I guess the title is quite appropriate....

How often do you get to the range anymore? And do you refill your own ordinance?

I live out of town in a section that is still partly farmland
so I have my own 25 meter range in my backyard.
Yes I reload my own, costs about 1/4 the price.
